The Wagga Wagga Hospital Auxiliary is delighted to be part of the wine and food festival again this year. If you enjoyed our large range of home cooked cakes and desserts last year you won’t be able to resist the surprises we have in store for you this year.    
 
We will tempt you with extra taste sensations from homemade savoury dishes you have only seen in cookbooks to a variety of cakes you won’t be able to resist.
 
Try our chocolate strawberries in meringue cases, mousse with frozen grapes, Palmiers and cream filled chocolate cornets to name a few.
 
For those who prefer savoury we have rice paper rolls with dipping sauce, special wraps, quiche, Beignets au from age and plenty more.
