Local residents Gerry McCormick and his partner Sue Limberger have established the newest winery in the Riverina – HAREFIELD RIDGE, with the release of their first commercial vintage under the brand – COTTONTAIL.

Shiraz
A medium to full bodied wine made from grapes grown at our Pattersons Road block.
Deep Purple & rich characters of blackberry & Raspberry with a hint of Liquorice & Plum. Our 2008 Vintage was Awarded a Bronze Medal at RFDS Hot Climate Wine Show Dubbo 2008.
Cabernet Sauvignon
This is the latest addition to our Premium wines; full bodied & showing deep ruby red colour, this wine has matured for 2 years in French Oak.
Experience this Premium Wine, which has a mouth filling body & a lingering finish. The wine has been enhanced with the addition of a small blending of our Shiraz to provide additional flavour.
Chardonnay
A classic Australian Chardonnay, full bodied, showing Melon & Peach characters. Very smooth, combined with a zingy crisp citrus finish. Our 2006 Vintage was Awarded a BRONZE Medal at Riverina Winemakers Show 2006.
White Bubbles
Cottontail White Bubbles is a straw yellow colour with an elegant nose of lemon citrus, delicate herbal characters and fresh bread dough yeast.
The palate is soft and lemony with nutty and creamy yeast characters. The finish is smooth and refreshing with a fine balance leading to a wine with an ‘eternal sparkle’.
This wine is sweetened and reyeasted for the secondary fermentation in pressure tank the ‘charmat technique’, then filtered and bottled under full sparkling pressure to produce a naturally fermented sparkling wine. It is a perfect match with fish, Asian style chicken and pork.
These wines are now processed and bottled at our new Winery Facilities at 562 Pattersons Rd WAGGA WAGGA.
